Requests that can be answered in a few sentences or answering a
specific question, will be deleted. You are requesting an

Capt. Dennis is
writing articles to answer the many requests, as fast as he can.
The response will be an article, not a written response to the
requestor. There are some topics that he is not familiar
with so we have to wait for another writer or until he finds the
